OIA takes full responsibility for the development of your outpatient imaging center keeping in mind the goal of the project is a community-focused, high productivity, service-oriented touch point for the hospital. As part of the process, OIA will also prepare market analysis, business plans and pro forma financial statements based on our experience and findings.
OIA carefully evaluates each opportunity through a comprehensive market assessment that assists in determining the size and scope of the opportunity. OIA analyzes demographic data, competitive landscape, payor reimbursement issues, patient demands and needs, referring physicians, and key strengths and weakness of a potential project. OIA’s findings are clearly illustrated in a comprehensive business plan with a detailed financial forecast for the partners to review. You can have confidence in OIA’s findings as we are looking to invest our capital alongside your investment.
OIA will fully develop your imaging project from the point of conception through design and construction, financing and staffing and ultimately, commencement of operations based on our experience operating in an outpatient environment.
OIA will ease your already stretched capital budget by investing its equity alongside you and by securing leasehold improvement, equipment and working capital financing on a non-recourse basis thus not affecting the debt capacity at the parent level.
As a privately held company, OIA is flexible in developing ownership structures that meet with the needs of the partners. OIA seeks a “meaningful” ownership interest but does not require majority ownership.
