Jenn Freeman

Chief Financial Officer

Jenn is a CPA and MBA with more than 30 years of executive finance leadership experience across organizations serving the healthcare continuum. She is passionate about advancing mission-driven work through financial stewardship, operational excellence, and sustainable growth strategies.  Jenn holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Washington. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992 and is a PriceWaterhouseCoopers alum.

Jenn currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Outpatient Imaging Associates (OIA), recognized for its hospital partnerships and commitment to delivering high-quality imaging services. As CFO, she provides strategic financial leadership, strengthens governance and operational infrastructure, and integrates financial and clinical performance analytics to ensure long-term sustainability and scalable growth.

Prior to OIA, Jenn served as CFO of Effective School Solutions, LLC, a national leader in school-based mental health services. There, she established reimbursement and revenue cycle frameworks that enabled expanded student access to behavioral health care, built scalable financial systems, and enhanced compliance and payer strategy to support rapid growth in a mission-centered environment. Jenn previously served as SVP of Strategic Partnerships and Chief Financial Officer of The Pennant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PNTG), where she played a key leadership role during the company’s successful spin-off on October 1, 2019. Her earlier executive roles include CFO of Northpoint Recovery; VP of Finance for MCG Health, LLC (part of the Hearst Health Network); VP of Finance for Coordinated Care Corporation, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation; CFO of Qualis Health; CFO of Molina Healthcare of Washington; and Director of SEC Reporting and Audit with Molina Healthcare, Inc..

Throughout her career, Jenn has led high-performing teams across finance, accounting, treasury, payer and sales contracting, vendor negotiations, revenue cycle management, healthcare analytics, enrollment, claims recovery, facilities management, and compliance. She has partnered closely with Boards of Directors, CEOs, and executive leadership teams to drive performance improvement, strengthen oversight frameworks, and lead complex strategic initiatives.

Jennifer currently serves as a Board Director for Regence Blue Shield of Idaho and Treasurer, on the National Advisory Committee for Foundations Inc., and Finance Chair on the board of directors for Recipe33, a start-up consumer packaged goods company.  Previously, she served for six years as a Director for Project Access Northwest, including three years as Finance and Audit Committee Chair.

Ms. Freeman has been married to Jason for 38 years.  She has three wonderful children Janis (31), Jacob (30) and Jessi (27).   She enjoys golfing, reading, walking, and spending time with her family.
