Peter D. Ricciardi - Board Member
In September 2000, Peter Ricciardi co-founded Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC to joint venture, develop and manage outpatient diagnostic imaging and PET centers in partnership with local health care providers.
Mr. Ricciardi is actively engaged in the development of new center opportunities, including structuring and finalizing transaction documents. Once the transaction is formalized, Mr. Ricciardi oversees site selection, design, construction and arranging non-recourse financing of the Centers.
Prior to co-founding and joining Outpatient Imaging Affiliates Mr. Ricciardi was founder and president of Brentwood Group, Inc. a Nashville based consulting and management company. Mr. Ricciardi has served as interim CEO for a number of companies including a public direct response marketing company, a public manufacturer of precision OEM and aftermarket parts to both the automotive and marine industries, a large privately held manufacturer of hydraulic motors, a medical real estate partnership, and a well known southern food catalog company. Mr. Ricciardi previously held senior financial management positions with several public corporations.
At Brentwood Group, Mr. Ricciardi's consulting client base ranged from Fortune 500 to family-owned companies over a broad spectrum of industries including; healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and retailing. Mr. Ricciardi's prior healthcare experience includes outpatient imaging centers, developing and managing medical office property and structuring multi specialty practices.
Mr. Ricciardi has served on the board of multiple companies and has lectured on cash planning, business forecasting and leasing at professional association seminars and major corporate workshops.
Mr. Ricciardi currently serves as a Director of Outpatient Imaging Affiliates and White Hydraulics, Inc., a manufacturer of low speed high torque hydraulic motors and accessories. Mr. Ricciardi is also a principal in B I Holdings, LLC, a company that develops, owns and operates medical office properties.
