David A. Dierolf - Vice President of Performance Improvement
Dave Dierolf joined OIA in October 2005. As Vice President of Performance Improvement, Dave works to highlight and enhance the value that OIA brings to its partnerships and facilitates the sharing of best practices amongst our centers. Dave’s work experience includes 13 years at Crutchfield Corporation where he served as Vice President, Information Technology and Operations and was the executive in charge of Crutchfield’s business process improvement activities. Prior to joining Crutchfield, Dave was a member of the research staff at the Institute for Defense Analyses. Dave holds a B.S. in computer science from Purdue University and a M.S. in computer science from The George Washington University.
