Healthcare providers partner with OIA to develop, market and operate quality, easily accessible, service oriented outpatient imaging centers.

Development

OIA takes full responsibility for the development of your outpatient imaging center keeping in mind the goal of the project is a community-focused, high productivity, service-oriented touch point for the hospital.  As part of the process, OIA will also prepare market analysis, business plans and pro forma financial statements based on our experience and findings.

Operations

OIA will manage the center’s day-to-day operations based on The Five Pillars of Operational Excellence, our extensive imaging center experience and the goals of our partners. The foundation of each center is a customer service culture designed to exceed the expectations of referring physicians and their patients.

Information Technology and Services

Leading or working alongside our partner’s information technology professionals, OIA offers a nearly unlimited array of clinical and revenue cycle technology solutions. Specializing in the design, implementation and support of Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), revenue cycle management, tele-radiology, and advanced voice recognition applications.

Acquisitions

Today, many markets contain outpatient centers that are seeking exit strategies and local providers should be considering acquisitions as a sensible and cost-effective alternative to developing a new center. OIA can assist in identifying acquisition opportunities, evaluate the acquisitions, and provide capital and management resources to not only complete the acquisition but also take responsibility for running them.

Marketing

Central to the center’s success is a dedicated, sustained sales and marketing effort. OIA will take responsibility for recruiting and training sales and marketing staff and implementing a detailed sales, marketing and promotional plan to meet or exceed budgeted exams for each modality. This will also entail working closely with the radiologists covering the center as their involvement is fundamental to delivering services promised by the center to the referral base.
